Brisket Shakk was born from an idea by Chef Pete Coleman. We wanted to offer customers a simple and affordable menu centered around a single main ingredient that draws from our southern roots.
At Brisket Shakk, we've been perfecting our technique for years. We smoke and braise our meats over mesquite and fruit woods to create a flavorful, crispy bark on the outside while ensuring a tender and juicy inside that tantalizes the taste buds. We pair this with our homemade spreads and sauces to complement the meats.
